Are you already on this diet? What do you think about that diet? I can not imagine life without carbohydrates. :D

    Yes and it has changed my life. Lost 44 lbs and leaner and morw muscular than ever. Focusing on building lean muscle mass now.

    This diet is a blessing....no cravings...eat good food.
