If you are unmotivated, stop thinking about yourself and start thinking from others, empathy skills are the key to your success. When you start treating others the way you want to be treated, you have more power. Empathy allows you to better understand the people around you, their needs and why they do what they do. This allows you to stop taking or plagiarism from the personal things of others. When you take everything personally, it destroys your motivation.
Empathy allows you to communicate better when your needs are met. This will increase your motivation and your desire to do more.
Keep in mind that motivation can be contagious, so you step out of your negative inner dialogue and start focusing on others, others will begin to focus on you, and you end up being a natural leader.
There is always a reason to leave your business or career, but be wise to discard all options before making a decision to quit. There are situations where there is no other choice, however, quitting smoking should be done slowly, can not stop completely does not mean to give up.
To be successful anywhere and with anyone, you need to find your motivation internally. Motivation is a verb. Motivation is an action. You must apply this action to every part of your life if you choose to be successful. You are the only power to motivate yourself. Because the greatest motivator is ourselves.
