3 Things successful people do

As if it isn't hard enough to achieve have financial freedom in success, it is getting more and more difficult as the gap between the rich and poor rise while the middle class is thrusted into one of the two classes. Here are three things that successful people do. Which might not guarantee your success, but will definitely push and back you up toward the right direction.

1. Successful people are good listeners

By allowing people to talk and lead the conversation, they would have a special respect for you. They will treasure that moment because it is rare for them to have someone who simply just listens to them talk, without the need to budge in or try and add your opinion to their topic. People love to be love it when you giving them 100% of your attention will create a layer of trust and the will have a great opinion about you. But, don't just stand there blankly, interact with their conversation, ask questions that will deepen the topic.

As a result of your selflessness, you will learn a lot from your new friend. While it will not give you your well deserved $million, What it can do is give you knowledge! By simply listening, you get to discover new skills that will help you through your journey to success. You can also take advantage of this moment by learning the needs of that person, making you a more effective sales person, just like every great leader.

Of course, the kind of people you talk to does matter, talking to people more successful (or are specialists on something in your field) then then information they give you will propel you towards your success because you become more like the people who you talk to.

By only introducing yourselves and moving on, you may have lost a great opportunity so learn a new game changer, get a new contact or even make a new friend!

- A very effective learning tool
- Great relationship builder
- Great way to build your network

2. Avoid the desire to be right all the time

This is a very constant problem

Sure, being right can do some good and will sometimes help the person you're delivering your point to. However, proving a point for the sake of being right will not fulfil the overall goal of the conversation nor will it help with your network of people. You might win the argument for whatever ego driven purpose but it would have been at the cost of your relationship between your assets. sometimes, the point you fighting so hard to win may even be wrong.

Your network of people is a precious thing, it is there to provide you with all sorts of new information, constantly battling your network with your opinion will surviorly damage their respect for you.

- Don't try to win every battle between your assets
- Accept that sometimes you can be wrong and maybe they have a point

3. Keep your business and feelings separate!

This is the most important point in this short list.

I'm sure that there have been times when you have listened to a very inspirational speech or song, the weather was perfect and felt like "YES! I CAN DO ANYTHING NOW", maybe you simply woke up in a very productive mood and decide to do that one thing you've been planning to do for days and you go above and beyond. I call this the BOOST

Other times, when the weather is dull cough24/7 British weathercough, feel like "what is this even", it may become difficult or even a burden to work through that day productively and so choose not to work.

This means you would be working only when you're motivated. Working when motivating feels great, feels like nothing can bring you down but, only working on these occasions is a terrible idea and your work progress would then become painfully slow and will not achieve anything. Just think, If Bill or Steve only worked when they had the "BOOST", our smart geniousphones would probably have 10's of buttons and computers would probably not have a GUI ([graphical user interface])as fluent as the ones of today

- Make a daily goal, something that isn't impossible to do and meet it!
- The "BOOST" is just that, a boost. Don't let it be the only thing pushing you but it sure feels great when you have it!
  • No.3 has a very close relationship with the fine art of procrastination.
