Hi There!

Sorry for not being much active in past few days. I've been going through a lot of changes, and I really immerse myself sometimes in "me-time" too much that I forget to keep up with the rest. 😆

Well, anyways, I want to share with you 9 pillars of life that will help you immensely to achieve the life of your dreams.

1: Clarity

You’ve got to know where you’re going. Without vision, people perish. When we have no clarity around where we’re going, we actually inadvertently place ourselves on a path of completely unnecessary procrastination, which ultimately takes us away from what we really want, which is the freedom, fulfillment, and vigor that doing what we love at optimal levels provides for us.

2: Mindset

Piggy backing off of clarity..Now that you know where you’re going, what is the mindset that the person that is already there carries? What are their common thoughts? What are their common feelings? What are their common inner dialogue? Study this, and implement it, even if you don’t have the material aspect fully manifest yet, carrying the mindset of “already successful” makes for a lot more of an exciting, and perceivably quicker journey to the fulfillment of desire.

Starting each day with a quiet session where you vividly feel the thrill of your desires already being achieved is a master key to mindset efficiency, and manifestation mastery.

3: Modeling / Identity Hacking

Now that you’re clear on the mindset you need to carry, let’s look at habits. What does the person who is where you want to be DO on a regular basis? What is their morning routine? What do they eat? How long do they sleep? What is their exercise like? How much do they read? What do they read? How do they handle systems in their lives? How do they treat others? Your ability to intimately understand the life of the person you want to be is directly correlated to the speed by which you get to that place. If it helps, find someone who is doing what you want to do, and study them intimately. Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Grant Cardone etc

4: Ritual

The Power Of ritual can never be understated. I was recently discussing how powerful a ritual can be when we apply it the right way. Rituals exist for the purpose of strengthening belief, sharpening focus, and removing all doubt and lack of momentum. Now, you don’t need to get super spiritual here. But your ability to create a ritual for yourself, whether that’s a morning routine that you religiously adhere to, or a simple parchment-burning session where you take your goals as if you’ve already achieved them on paper and burn it on the beach can be super powerful. Belief is an intangible key to any sort of success, and any way that you can turn that belief into deep knowing through ritual will help you tremendously.

5: Growth

You must be committed to your own growth. You’ve probably heard the phrase that you are the average of the five people you surround yourself with the most. This means surrounding yourself with people that are more successful than you, gleaning from them. This one thing alone will allow you to take on new habit and mindset that will propel you to a new place in life and business. Not allowing yourself to be filled with envy or jealousy at the side of somebody who is doing what you want to do. Committed to learning more, committed to gaining more knowledge, committed to strengthening your own self awareness, committed to being kind.

6: Leverage

Learning how to leverage time, money, and systems for your own advancement is absolutely key to taking year long goals and achieving them in matters of months. What systems can you put in place that will allow your money to work for you? What systems can you put in place that will allow you to spend more of your time doing the things that you know you need to do to get yourself to the next level? What can you outsource? What can you delegate?

7: Relationships

This goes hand in hand with growth. Be intentional about building relationships that are mutually beneficial. Make sure that the relationships you have, they are growth provoking, awe-inspiring, mind expanding, and business growing. Being strategic with your relationships, and being intentional about making connections will allow you to get a lot further in shorter amounts of time.

8: Focus

The lack of focus creates a lack of intention. A lack of intention creates a lack of efficient action. Lack of efficient action produces a lack of desired results. There are many different ways that you can increase your focus. That involves being disciplined with how you use your time, it involves being very picky with what you use your time to do. This doesn’t mean that you can’t have fun, or you can’t enjoy life. It’s actually the complete opposite. Often times, I have found that we do things just to pass the time because we don’t really know how to utilize it best. I myself have been guilty in the past of mindlessly scrolling through Facebook or Instagram just because I didn’t really want to do anything else. That’s fine, there’s no judgment there, but is that contributing to me living my best life? Probably not. With the plethora of different subjects and topics in our newsfeeds, unless they are highly targeted and combed, most of the time social media does not increase our focus. Things like meditation, healthy diet, exercise, and schedule and routine allow us to increase our focus, which increases our efficiency, which increases the efficiency of our action, which creates desired results.

9: Health

Being proactive about your health is a master key to success in any area of life. We can’t sit on our couches and eat twizzlers all day and expect to feel like an Olympic gold-medalist. Now this doesn’t mean go vegan today and follow very strict diet plan or anything like that. But it means being very conscientious of what you put in your body, and how what you put in your body affects your ability to harness everyone of the previous topics in this post. What we eat and what we drink, it affects our focus, it affects our mindset, it affects a lot of different things. Having a very healthy lifestyle and diet will encourage healthiness in every other area of life.

Now these are not the only things that you should implement into your life in order to create the life that you love, but they are a vast majority. I can guarantee you that if you get really intentional about bringing each of these into your life for the next 90 days, you will find yourself on a trajectory that you’ve only dreamed of up until this point. ☺

My favorite is number three, modeling, which includes visualization which athletes do, and I love basketball, and I would see myself as Michael Jordan when making shots, while playing, and in life in general, we can think like our idols, become the ball, become who we love, think about what they would do, WWJD.
