Lol, I had to do it. This popped into my head, and I had to send this to you.

But yeah, there are a lot of different types of masterminds.

I am getting ready to host my mastermind in the next hour.

This format has worked really well. I have had a solid group of highly successful people who have shown up regularly every week for years.

I want to share with you how I have formatted the group, and maybe you will get some ideas on how you want to run yours more effectively.

First, the mastermind is only an hour, and I stick to that religiously.

The first 5 minutes are for small talk and give everyone a moment to log on.

After 5 minutes, we took turns reading the mastermind principles that Bob Proctor gave me.

We do this in the order that people show up.

After that, everyone gets 5 minutes to share using this format:
What is your purpose?
What are your wins for this week?
What are your opportunities(losses) this week?
What lessons did you learn this week?
What intention would you like the mastermind to remember for you this week?

After everyone has had a chance to share using this format, we open it up for attendees to bring up anything they want to discuss with the remaining time.

What usually happens is that a theme becomes apparent as everyone gets their chance to share. This theme is what we typically wind up talking about with the remaining time.

And that's how I efficiently run my mastermind every week.

It is crucial to run a mastermind efficiently, but even more important are the people you attract.
