I and my wife eats only vegeterian food.

    I actually think that is the best. Those plants are the closest line of energy, they take it from the sun and give it to us. Where as all meats have had to eat plants, to get the energy and they we eat the meat, which is a two step process away from the energy that the sun gives. Congratulations
