DON'T LET SUGAR KILL YOU!!!

We all know #sugar is bad for Us, but I want you to show you that this is more than that. So many people are struggling with obesity and eating disorders, desperately trying to loose weight without realizing that it is more than that. It is about your body being addicted to #sugar in the same way smokers are addicted to cigarettes and alcoholics are addicted to alcohol. The only way you can stop the chain is by stopping eating #sugar.
Here you can see the MRI picture of 3 different brains. You can answer yourself :)

Why it is so important? #Sugar is flooding the reward system with the dopamine, especially activating part of the brain responsible for the addiction called Nucleus accumbens. To make this even more interesting #sugar also has some effects on opioid pathways within the brain, the same system manipulated by drugs like heroin and morphine. Do you still think that sugar is s innocent? Maybe it is sweet, but this is the only pleasurable factor!!!

I read this book last year, and I did my 6 weeks without sugar now is time for 8 weeks and this is what I want to stay like a life lasting habit. Like Sarah Wilson said researches indicate that it takes 21 to 66 days to change a habit from psychological perspective. People are creatures of habits. So if you created a long life addiction will need take time to change the habit, your brain will need to rewire for new habit, and you will need to support your body by daily action. She is very clear about the fact what you need to quit. When you first quit sugar, you must quit all of it and this include fruit, fruit juice, agave and honey. Why all? In order to break the addiction and then recalibrate. After the end of the 8 weeks programme, some fruit and safe table alternatives can be reintroduced. There is detox period when you will feel rather uncomfortable, because like every addiction you will face withdrawal syndromes, will be hard, but apparently later is no issue at all.
