Sooo, this weekend gone I started a sugardetox. Nope not on a Monday but on a Saturday. If you know my Instagram account you know most of my treats are already refined sugarfree. But this time I wanted to set myself a challenge and go completely sugarfree ( less than 5% natural sugar content obviously no added augar) for 4 weeks at the start and then start adding naturally occuring sugars.
Id say it will be tough! I love my treats and I love my fruit, but whats life if you cant have a little challenge right?
So ill keep you posted on this
