So I saw on Twitter that today is #NationalSuicidePreventionDay, so I thought I'd share this video I did last year. It was very painful and hard to do. 😩
I am VERY outspoken about suicide, because I know what it's like to be misunderstood, unaccepted, betrayed, left out, etc. It completely damages you! It makes you feel like you'd be better off dead! But then, you realize you'll leave behind your family and REAL friends wondering why you did it and all your hurt will be placed on them. 😔
