What can you expect from an evening meal at the Sultan Cave suites? Well, classic Turkish cuisine for one and all of the ingredients again sourced from local farmers. Probably the best dish (although not pictured here) would be the pottery kebab which is prepared in this little pot under the furnace and just prior to being served, the pot would be broken with the contents allowed to come out smoking and full of delicious aroma.
