SUMMARY - SLC S22 Week 6 - Herbal Medicine for Menstrual Health

Hello my steemian fellows!

As we know that the 6th week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 22 has ended with the end of the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 22. In this week we explored the herbal remedies for the women menstrual health. We discussed the herbs to support the menstrual health and the for the pain relief and cramps during the menses flow. We discussed the herbs to balance the irregular cycles for the menses. We discussed herbs for the control of the pre-menstrual syndrome. We made a step by step remedy to balance the irregular menstrual cycle.

It was a great learning week and students were able to learn about the basic herbal remedies for the menstrual health of women. It was really a matter of happiness seeing the steemians very much interested in learning the herbal remedies for the menstrual health of women. Students provided high quality homeworks while staying stick to the rules and regulations. They provided their own pictures with their name to avoid cheating. The students shared herbs according to their area while bringing a wide variety of herbs in steemit.

The quality of each entry was good. But some students performed more well than others and they have become the winner of this week. I am always looking for the quality work which adds more value to the platform. Congratulations to all the winners.

I have tried my best to teach about the basic herbal remedies which can be very helpful and necessary for everyone to know for the herbal cure at home for the women menstrual health. All the herbal medicines discussed in the whole course are mostly available in each area. I tried my best to convey my knowledge to the steemians and world wide audience about the herbs which they can use for the cure of the diseases. I covered the herbs which are available in the kitchen and local market.
