Just 2 Hours Drive From London - Hastings ☀️

in summer •  6 years ago

DTubers!

How are you doing today? I hope you're enjoying this short time we have here on the planet.

I love the Sea, but I live in a city that's not on the sea-side. It only takes under two hours to get to the sea though, so I still consider myself quite lucky in that respect.

Hastings is one of my destinations when In need to be by the sea.

What are your favourite sea-side towns/cities?

Here are the photos you saw me take in the video

@cleanplanet

I'm definitely going to join this tag soon. I love this project.

Is that the same Hastings, as in, The battle of (1066) ?
We have a Hastings here in Victoria too, it's redneck land.
Peace.

Yes indeed. The same exact Hastings. You can still see some of the relics there too. :)
The sun isn't out long enough for anyone's neck to get too red around here though :D

What a fun visual delight! I felt like I was right there. I love the wooden pier! Those were fantastic shots and your narration just added that extra touch. The tunnel at the end was the cherry on top! I love tunnels and I always beep my horn in them :D
@adetorrent

Hahaha. Thanks @kawaiicrush :) It's a pretty long tunnel that goes under the Thames river and is an alternative to the bridge. There are other ones crossing the Thames, including walking ones too. I should head there one day and make a video :)

Thanks for watching

It seems I was a victim of bad clichés, because I thought there's no good weather anywhere in England, yet I've learned there're nice places nearly from London, so thanks to you for sharing this new view. ;-)

Hahaha. Well, 90% of the time, the weather is terrible here, but that 10% when we have good weather, we all get out and do stuff haha. Also, I have the skill of pointing the camera away from bad weather :D

I would love to drive even if it's 1 hour in london, I've always wanted to go there. God bless you friend.

Thank you, and God bless you too.
