Stray

You appeared on a sunny summer day, hungry and thirsty. I don't know where you come from, if you have lost or abandoned yourself or if some human being is looking for you and is desperate because you haven't gone home.

From that moment you are no longer gone, you are an affectionate kitty in need of pampering and affection as well as food. Your sweet and sad eyes look at me as if they wanted to communicate to me your desire to have a home, a shelter, a security.

You've chosen us as cats do. You follow me everywhere you are my shadow, you make me very tender, but I have four domestic dead people living at home and three others living in the garden, they were born here and live here all year round, they are afraid of you and I can easily feed them. You are becoming jealous of the domestic mici and as soon as you can attack them, you think they are privileged and you would like to be like them, but it is not possible, I can't keep you at home, in a few weeks we leave and the house will be closed.

Give yourself the illusion of belonging to someone and then leave you alone is like betraying yourself, I prefer to let you come out when you try to get in even if I feel guilty. I would like to do otherwise, but I prefer this way, in my heart I compare you to an orphan who is welcomed during the holidays and then return to the sad reality of an orphanage, it is not right for you, to make you appreciate the affection and warmth and then leave you alone, for what I can give you cuddle, today I have cleaned your mouth and you have been very good, you have let me do.

I love you as well as I love all my mice, mainsails and housekeepers. You are intelligent, sensitive and wonderful beings and give yourself a lot. I hope that you will find your way home or find yourself back home when we come back
