Summer is usually the season where one can unwind and relax himself to a beach, hometown province and maybe for an out of a country escapade. But for a young girl named Hannah, it isn't definitely the thing she wants to accomplish.

Hannah, a 7 year old Grade one pupil would want to spend her summer in a completely different way. Instead of staying at their resort enjoying the beautiful pool, she rather enrolled herself in our music school planning to learn violin. When i ask her why she wants violin? She answered this to my surprise,

"I want to play violin in our church to worship Jesus."

  • Before we start our every session, she always observe a time to pray first and talk to God about her concern. And her prayer? That God shall strenghthen her arms in practicing her violin. Really innocent folks right? She prays about this because she's having difficulty lifting the violin into her neck knowing her thin figure.

When I heard her say that, I was immediately bluishing in amazement because of the purity and innocence of her heart. Therefore, I always make sure that our every meeting is always special and a memorable one for us and to which why I cannot help myself from making a blog about her.

  • Hannah wants to see herself with this piano and ofcourse with her favorite Violin. She was a little interested seeing the piano at the side but she prefers learning violin more this summer than it.

  • Hannah now trying her violin about its way of playing. She was a little disoriented about its right positioning but later got it right.

  • Hannah trying it now with a bow, but obviously completely in a period of getting used to it thus she's culture shock. Hahaha.

  • Hannah's stretching now her arms because of the heavy weight of her violin. Good thing she found a way to somehow reduce pain by...

  • Supporting handkerchief on her neck to avoid from getting hurt because of its some parts directly hitting her neck painfully. Really clever folks, isn't she?

Hannah is young girl having a bubbly character with such cleverness and intellect. You can really discern that she is a kid of substance and excellence. In fact, she is the first honor of her class in Marie Erniestien School here in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. However, what really made me attest to the peculiar character of this child is her commitment to her affliations.

  • Hannah did not forget about eating her snacks after that heavy session of introduction. I was really grinning on my place seeing she's really silent eating her snacks. Maybe she's just really hungry since all of her power has already been used up in that session. Really am chuckling seeing this.

Just this morning her mother said, that they are still supposed to celebrate their day together with her husband at a local resort here in our place. But Hannah thinking that she still has a schedule with her violin, immediately went out from the pool and prepare herself to attend our session. With this, I am truly impress of this one of a kind character of the child. Rarely do I really see of her kind. And one more thing, the best matter about her is she's still very young to learn and observe this valuable characteristics. And I doubt not that she'll definitely be successful to all her upcoming endevours.

  • I and Hannah taking picture of one another after this session. Really this girl is just passionate about her commitment cause she asks of any assignment that i can give to her to their house. She's really amazing right?

Truly, CHARACTER is not about age or numbers, its a CONDITION of one's mind, heart and soul to rise above all situations.

Shalom everyone. Cheers to more Hannah!
