Tips to reduce body heat

In summer many people suffer due to increase in body heat. This heat can cause many problems to the body internally as well as externally. Due to increased body heat the internal organs may be damaged. It may also cause skin rashes, pimples and also a person may suffer dizziness and nausea.
To reduce body heat one has to drink plenty of water and remain hydrated all day drinking fruit juices also reduce body heat. The water and juice remove all the toxins from the body and maintains the body heat to normal. There are some fruits which have magical effect to reduce body heat these can be eaten or drink in the form of juice.

  1. Watermelon - It contains large amount of water consuming this fruit will keep us hydrated and cool.w1.jpg

  2. Cucumber - Cucumber also contains high amount of water consuming this fruit also keeps us hydrated and cool.w3.jpg

  3. Mint - Juice extracted from mint leaves is used to lower body heat. It is the best home remedy to lower body heat.w41.jpg

  4. Pomegranate - This fruit also have the ability to reduce body heat. Drinking a glass of pomegranate juice will keep us hydrated and cool.

There are some other fruits like honeydew melon, radish which have very good effect to lower body heat. Remaining hydrated and cool will save us from many health problems.
