Not knowing your enemy is signalling you want to be a pawn.

I don't know how many people have read Carl von Clausewitz or Sun Tzu; but, a persistent theme is the importance of knowing your enemy.

When people toss around terms like "alt-right" or even "Nazi" to describe people like Bret Weinstein, or Sam Harris, or Douglas Murray, what they're trying to do is convince you not to listen.

I'm not saying that you will listen to the members of the once vaulted Intellectual Dark Web and suddenly switch sides.

You might still view them as your enemies.

What I'm saying is that the people who characterize others with the worst terms imaginable, and try to paint it as a virtue for you to not listen, aren't your friends.

They're telling you not to know your enemy. They're telling you to do and die while forgetting to reason why. They want you to be pawns.
