Went for some basic hypertrophy training since its been a while since i did it.
Lifted
60kg for squats
80kg for deadlifts
15kg for military press
(Didnt count the bar weight since i didnt know how heavy it is)
Not my personal best lifts but still heavy enough to get the muscle working
