CHOOSE AGAIN! - SundayPurple with @kalemandra

EVERY DAY IS A DAY TO CHOOSE!

Lately I've been spending 14-18 hours a day inside on my computer
while taking only an occasional break to stretch and move my body.
Since it's been raining for days on end, it's been the perfect use of my time,
cuddled up with a blanket on my yoga ball as my chair,
enjoying a cup of hot tea or a hot and creamy cup of coffee,
Steeming with my besties @quinneaker and @saramiller,
and communing with you!

Being on the computer so much is really not my ideal,
as I feel it is hard on my eyes, my hips and my back,
and limits my range of motion and exposure to the natural elements.

But, I am grateful that my everyday does not HAVE TO consist of
working a job inside behind a computer.
I did that in my younger years,
and feel blessed that is no longer my reality.

Whether I am inside or outside,   
helping to run the community,
gardening, computering,
creating artisan vinegars, kombucha or jun,
playing with the children,
making a badass meal,
upgrading our home with handmade designs,
capturing our life in pictures...
or many of the other things I do on a regular basis,
I am blessed to be CHOOSING it.

Pretty much from the moment my feet hit the floor in the morning
to the moment they get into my bed at night,
I am dedicated to being an integral part of this cutting-edge
community at the @gardenofeden
because I CHOOSE to help further this revolutionary cause.

Today I chose to play outside all day.
It was like giving myself an extra special gift.
Not only was the sun shining--FINALLY-- and the birds singing,
but the grass was growing and the children were outside playing too.

I got in my 10 hours of sunlight and physical movement.
I played with the kids, completed several projects, and took some beautiful photos.
