WHAT DO YOU LIKE BETTER THE SUN JUST BEFORE, OR AFTER?

I know two sunsets in a row, but I cant help myself.
This time I have headed south and upstream on the river.
So why do I tend to capture the sun as it sets, rather then just setting.
Well I love the Hughes of orange, red, yellow and pinks as they represent the tail and the final goodnight of the days sunset. It shines through the shadows of darkness that night presents.

The river is so calm with not an ounce of wind, only the odd mullet fish breaching the surface as it jumps.

Now this is the first photo with the sun still visible, and then I move up the road for the latter two.

Where do these photos take you?
What do you feel?

i like the last one best. they make me feel calm.they take me to Calmland :D

me too

I saw maaaany sunsets and sunrises due to my hobby fishing. Great captures mate

My favourite hobby

I like the just before because it has the unwinding feeling from an eventful day. Then afterwards it becomes more calm and settling, ready for a nice hot coco by the campfire

sounds so convincing.

There can never be too many sunset photos! I take them wherever I am lucky enough to catch one at. Sadly we don't see the beautiful part of the sun rise or set from our home.
