I do not consider myself a hunter by any means, and certainly don’t have the eye to spot wildlife. I’m the one, who, when someone says, “Hey, look at that beautiful group of wild turkeys!” or “Wow, did you see that Peregrine falcon?” I say, “Where?,” “Um, no, missed it.” This time, I actually spied this young deer in the field while driving, managed to slow down to a stop and catch this shot against the setting sun. Thanks @uwelange for providing the #sunthursday challenge.

That's a seriously great photo! Nice use (or example, if unintentional) of the Rule of Thirds and large enough borders to be cropped to print sizes easily.
That's my past-photographer speaking, sorry... he doesn't get out much anymore.

Thanks! I didn't originally take it quite like that. I cropped it in Photoshop on the rule of thirds as you said. It really did turn out better with the cropping.

That sun glare could've been dangerously close to overwhelming the photo...but it didn't. Nicely done!
