I don't get it... I ALWAYS reply and cultivate relationships with my friends Steemians, and I don't think people just comment to get an upvote back. That's not how Steemit works. Please spread the word. Steemit is a different platform, nothing alike the ones we are used to. I upvote when I have my steempower back, do you know about it? I didn't and learned the hard way. People in Steemit just UPVOTE and COMMENT when they like the posts, not to be upvoted, commented, followed, and so on. Steemit rewards the ones who work for the community. Right @charlie777 ?)

I read somewhere that it recovers at about 10 percent a day I think but i could be wrong, there is a chrome extension that shows on your blog page how long it will take to recover to various percentages I am on my iPad now so don't have it but it is a handy extension to have
