We were up to get lucky.

It was 5 a.m. in the morning.
We were both walking on a bridge, decided to cross to the other side.
Looking left, we could see cars speeding below us.
Looking right, we saw the brightest moon in the sky.
we stood there, we were in awe. We decided to stay here for a moment.

Lights off

We were lucky that the bridge's lights and streetlights were off, so the stargazing was easy. We sat on the pathway with nobody but us alone together watching the bright moon. I told him, we are just too small to feel that the earth is rotating, but our photos could tell. Some blurry shots of the clouds and the small white spots would be the best to keep us with memories.

It became dim for few minutes

It was windy and cold, maybe the clouds were there to keep the moon warm. To be very honest, both of us did not know today was the best day for sightseeing. I was pretty caught up with my studies while he was caught up with his work.

Light Painting

Since we couldn't get a nice view at that moment, we decided to try something fun together with our phones. Here it goes. The first attempt was just him drawing circles because he seems to be new to photography art. The second attempt was better. Look #steem-music, he drew a small Eighth Note logo for you! The third photo, I would leave it as a guessing game.

Let's have our second breakfast

I think there's a black hole in my stomach. I've been eating since 2 a.m. at Mcdonald's before heading here. I ordered Udon with add-on hard-boiled egg. The egg is to represent the big moon that I saw for the day.

It was a Super Blue Moon

We were very blessed with this unexpected view for today. Once I got home at 8 a.m. in the morning and scroll the newsfeed on the internet, I only realized that we missed out the blood moon... Well, at least we get to see the blue moon while others are in their dreams. Now I should get my sleep for the day. I've been awake for more than 24 hours.

If sightseeing is one of my favourite thing to do in wee hours, I think I should consider buying a house with a glass roof.
Or maybe I could climb up to the rooftop, sitting there sipping my warm cup of hot chocolate.
