@yoo1900 Hello Sir you are going great work keep doing this because a lot of users write quality content and didn't get much reward that he or she may deserve but some other get huge upvote by posting unuseful posts in which share videos and other posts of this is not good I'm also minnow and I wrote post for newcomers and my post didn't upvote by anyone yet so this is not good I did a lot of work to write my post and it took 2 hours to write but after posting my post didn't get much upvote for look at my post hope you will like it and in next day hope my post will be selected for promote minnow support thank you @yoo1900

Interesting initiative. I've noticed for myself, that "levelling up" has become very difficult. I moved rapidly from 25 into the 30's and low 40's, but have basically stalled at 48 for what seems like an eternity (probably really about a month heh).
Do you have any advice regarding what I can do to keep moving up steadily?

I think is great what you are doing, many people think that minnows are frustrated because they are not making a lot a money but I just think many of us put a lot of effort in our posts and we want to share that with the steemit community in way that is value for its content and not for its status.

I am putting together online courses, in person workshops, an office incubator for anyone who wants in person guides and more. Currently, we are looking for support in terms of upvotes, SP delegation, and advice in general in order to grow the project.
I got in contact with Ned about it, and he said he is open to talking, which is huge! First, I need the support of some big players on Steemit, and I am looking for support from as many people as possible.

It is initiatives like this that can keep the platform going greatly. When I first joined this platform it appeared that if you didnt know a whale or Orca or Dolphin then your content is worthless. I am a writer and I love to write quality content but even me I almost gave up. It was so disappointing to see posts far below standard earning hugely and urs that you took days to write earning 0.01 at the end of 7 days. I almost gave when @curie voted me and I got much and it encouraged me to keep doing what i could. There are still great people here ready to help. I was so happy when I saw this post. Thanks yoo1900 for doing what you do. I will write a follow up on this so your voice go more. Great guys are leaving here just because they feel their hard work is not being seen...
