The Surge 2 website accessible on Microsoft Store has been updated in the last hours with the release date of the game, scheduled for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next September 24th.
In this fresh chapter, produced by Deck13, players will explore Jericho's devastated town attempting to survive violent battles thanks to the enemy's stolen valuable materials.
"Your aircraft was knocked down by a mysterious storm on the way to Jericho City and crashed into the suburbs. Soldiers implement martial law, robots are on a rampage and a dark, widening storm looms over the metropolitan landscape," reads the official description.
In an effort to survive, the districts of the town facing the dreaded enemies concealed in the streets will need to be explored. To do this, a vast arsenal of guns, armor and drones will need to be used. Surge 2 offers twice the categories of guns available in the past adventure, but also offers a wider range and progression system range.
