FAYA-LOBI (Ixora coccinea)

The national flower of Suriname ( (/ˈsʊrɪnæm/, /-nɑːm/ or /-nəm/, also spelled Surinam)

Named in our own (second) language, Sranan Tongo (lingua franca). Roughly translated it means: “Hot Love”.
