Poem by Rysan Brittanicus Acharya

This poem inspired by a chaotic-perception of the violent world, gave me a vision to analyse the contemporary destructive landscape and inscribe with the depictions. I found myself intrigued by the infamous countenance of the terrorist-flocks damning the conception of humanity. This poem also reflects the resentment against the weaker bond of modern-thoughts.

I
The enigmatic profoundness gushes fullest,
the whale-like groans of waves,
passes from bedrocks and clutches sky,
its hands palms constrictor’s muscles, or mouth,
a forcible wriggling over shores-splashes,
driving back into bed rocks, that constrictor;
the seven mile-mouthed demon tears
bedrock like cotton. Its utter shaped only
with mouth; the compound of calcium, protein
and fat arranged ape-shape, uprightly gasps,
wound in two mile-teeth, like fresh sword.
II
The absurd fairness claims fullest,
the huge worms expanded like peninsula
reptile-teethed growls. The prosthetic hearts,
stretches cannons against uneasy snails,
brown as camel. The cactus digest bones,
wearing several hides. And excretes sands;
the thousand mile-eyed Cyclops appear,
a million Odysseus convicted, harshly lamed;
hundred Atlantis shake with a common head,
like fowls—hunchback. Poseidon maddens
soaks in liquid, replaced with hearths.
III
A time-disc measured five-hand-length-radius,
breathes; red heart elasticated make pulses;
twelve eyes grown at shores and so purple,
still and suspicious, radiates an ache in front,
the wrapped neurons, compels monstrous hammer,
to shrill—across weak woods, glass or plastics,
stammering in dread. The mirror flows like jelly.
The slender vomiters soils milky skin;
The fat nude chest beats with populous word-veins,
exciting tender-eyed tortoise, thin shelled
that tightens Galilean lenses and moves around.
