Jobs - topic for a couple of thick books. For example in our region, it is very hard to find a job which can make a human satisfied. The work/life balance is so hard to find. Actually, there are some very nice samples on how job market is being aligned with requirements of new era.
For example, a well-known ambassador of freedom in work, Ricardo Semler gives an inspiration to many.
Another idea, worth of talks, is by Carlos Slim Helú - Guardian with the idea of 3 day work week, which enables people to spend more time with themselves and families, while providing more jobs at a same time. These people know what they say and their track of records proves it.
