Hello (steemit) world!

This is a test post but also serves as a hello! So, Hello to my fellow #HVAC guys, #Engineers, #BabbyDaddy's, #BitcoinJunkies and #420 friendly friends! I'm new to the whole blogging/Blogger thing so if anyone has any suggestions or request for content please let me know.

I'll start by giving a glance into our life atm, I'm a happily "engaged" fella with two young boys. We are currently trying to become fully independant and sustainable on our small piece of land in Jacksonville, FL. We are currently in a sort of, R&D phase of our sustainability project but so far it is going very well. As we are determining what crops we believe we would have a successfull growing season through a Florida "winter", We are looking to procure some of the necessary equipment to achieve 💯 sustainability in the coming months but, A good place to start will be to get a few solar panels and power inverters to run our electric well pump for even 4-5 hours out of a 24 hour period. We are also exploring the idea of growing Morels mushrooms, which are a higher end strain of mushrooms that tend to sell for a pretty penny at the farmers markets.
