They sometimes swallow the entire victim, so you could fit their esophagus. Sperm whales sometimes swallow squid whole, so it can definitely handle a man. In fact, in the early 1900s there was a sailor's story melted by a sperm whale in the Falkland Islands.

I think no one will survived while swallowed by a whale..
The only think to make it is only if someone come to the whale's mouth i believe.
