River Road that runs through the Bonnet Carre Spillway is closed to due high water pouring in from the Mississippi River, through the pins of the spillway structure in Norco, La. Monday, March 2, 2020.
Interesting article full of photos of the effects of the Bonnet Carre Spillway and the high River. I enjoy looking at these photos, and the power of mother nature. It's an odd place to put a road and the Mississippi River is chewing away at it, even with the spillway closed. Enjoy the photos....
