Contrary to the popular belief, when one swears on the bible at the court proceedings it nulls and voids the protection offered by it as a contract which protects a Christian through the sacrifice that has already took place with the bible as witness accounts of new deal reached between the Highest power and mankind. So if and when the judge asks if you swear on the bible to tell the truth and nothing but the truth so help you God, you can then say no your honor, I will not swear and site the following New Testament Bible passage:
"But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation." James 5:12 KJV
