If you leak sensitive information as a director you will get a pat on the back and a reward for a job well done.
The director of Transportstyrelsen Maria Ågren got fired, so far so good. You can´t keep a person who obviously made on of the largest leak of sensitive information possible.
Well you actually can! Old directors, politicians and other key employes that mishandle information and does a really bad job can fulfill their tasks.
You just rehire them within the governments office.
Maria Ågren is number seven in a row of directors lately fired and rehired by the government at Regeringskansliet the "governments office".
At the moment the magic seven of former directors are together collecting 10 000 000 in salary, as their contracts are up they all have the same opportunity as other directors to get their well deserved parachute-salary until you get your state pension. All above on the behalf of the taxpayers.
It´s common known that this is the way you handle things, we even got a nickname for the office of former directors- the elephant graveyard, that´s where our government try to bury the elephant in the room.
