First off let me say there are four lounges you can access with Priority Pass, a benefit of Chase Sapphire reserve card. Three are in terminal 5 and one is terminal 2. Most international flights leave out of terminal 5.
The location of these lounges is quite inconvenient concerning distance from my gate.
Today though it was extremely quiet and nearly empty which is quite nice considering the terminal was absolutely packed.
The furniture is basic Swedish style and extremely worn.
Food is quite limited. However, there were some decent sodas.
The bottom line is this a mediocre lounge but it was nice that it was quiet before a long transatlantic flight. Nothing special here but glad to be able to get away for a few minutes.
