Good morning, friends! Today I want to show you a very delicious Swedish sandwich for Black Pudding. I really love black pudding with bacon and I think it's a great way to spend a nice time with a beer, enjoying the taste of the meal.
This is my Swedish take on a Black Pudding Sandwich with Lingonberry jam.
The Lingonberry jam has a sweet taste with a acidity touch that supplements the fat bacon perfectly.
Lingonberry, the mysterious berry that grows in Scandinavia's deep forests.
The Star in this dish, the Pudding.
Topped the Black pudding with Countryside Bacon and caramelized apples.
