Good night all steemian, this time I have a little explanation about citrus fruit and its benefits. Here is a post picture below, hopefully useful for all of us.
Oranges are shady shrubs and have many branches. Orange trees come from Southeast Asia, and other continents. Oranges are very useful for the health of the human body as an energy enhancer and many also contain promising nutrients. As well as being a medicine and a lot of vitamin content such as:
a. Vitamin A.
b. vitamin B.
c. vitamin C.
d. vitamin B1.

Orange can be made various kinds of syrup, and we can distill the leaves to make various perfumes and produce fragrant oils, but citrus seeds can be made as soap and the like.
Sweet orange has a variety of benefits and uses that are very useful for human health, namely:
a. Overcoming heart disease
b. Lowers cholesterol
c. Overcoming high blood pressure
d. Treating cancer
e. Prevent hemorrhoids
f. Neutralize substances in the body
g. Remove bruises and black spots
Sweet orange is very different from lime, including the taste of the fruit. The taste of lime is very acidic and is commonly used for people with high blood pressure by drinking lime juice. Citrus with a sweet taste and has a distinctive aroma, but can be eaten and juice. Sweet orange is very beneficial and useful as above.
