STO (SECURITY TOKEN OFFERINGS) FORM OF INVESTINGUnlike ICOs, the risk of STO fraud is minimized. STOs have a high level of investor protection, the value of Unit/CRU points is supported by securities (company shares). The companies issuing them are subject to additional regulatory and reporting requirements.

FREE CIRCULATION OF THE CRYPTOUNITFree circulation of the CryptoUnit (Unit/CRU) with fiat currencies and other cryptocurrencies is planned. In the future, participants of the program will be able to sell all Unit/CRU points on any crypto exchange or in the Unit Global Pay banking account (after the STO and free circulation of Unit/CRU)

OWNERSHIP OF THE GLOBAL INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOParticipation in the portfolio of the SWIG fund, which was created 4.5 years ago at the personal expense of Andrey Khovratov and was estimated at 11.5 million dollars before the launch of the "CryptoUnit" Program (today it is worth about 17 million dollars). This portfolio was given to the "CryptoUnit" project as an existing asset. The financial resources attracted by the project are aimed at expanding the existing portfolio with other profitable investment instruments. Every participant of the "CryptoUnit" Program has a certain number of Unit/CRU points assigned to them, indicating the proportional relevant share in the Global Investment Portfolio.

ALLOCATION TO DIVIDEND INCOME FROM 8% TO 35% AFTER ENTERING THE CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGEAfter entering the exchange (according to the strategy - in the fall of 2019), monthly dividend income for the number of bonus Unit/CRU points is planned, with payments within the 10th day of each month. A guaranteed allocation of 8 to 35% of profits from the assets of the Global Investment Portfolio is planned for dividend income. The percentage will be specified by open voting among all members of the Closed Club - owners of Unit/CRU points (one vote is assigned to one voter)
