UK Public School IT Manager Sentenced To Prison For Hacking And Fraud|Ahmed Khan

Capture.PNGDonald Butter Williams was fired last year from St. John's School in Leatherhead, Surrey, England, United Kingdom. He was jailed yesterday for eavesdropping on the computer system and ensuring that fraudulent invoices were paid on behalf of the school. He stole thousands of dollars”from the school and tampered with the evidence by invading the database.

This helps to hide his trail, but the authorities can find the culprit. In March of last year, the amendment completed an audit and found that they missed important system updates designed to protect them from attacks. Therefore, they suspended Bart’s pending investigation because he should ensure the security of the system.

The hacking incident began after”he was suspended, because according to school officials, nobody knew about a security system”like Mr. Bart-Williams.

What is the penalty?

Bart-Williams was charged with two accounts for fraud, four accounts for changing school materials and a burglary account. Some of the things he tried to cover include deleting computer data, shutting down the Internet, disabling CCTV, and visiting fiber optics at school sites.

The school proved that there was nothing wrong with it. This is not the first time an ex-employee has tried to crack their previous organization. Tesla is in the news of similar incidents. This shows how companies take care of the people they visit the computer and reject it when employees are suspended.

Bottomline

In his trial, Bart-Williams”revealed that he is working with another”IT consultant, Gavin-Strutt.

He will issue a fake invoice, and he will then make sure to pay these invoices. Then they will evenly distribute the school's money. The police are currently”investigating Strutt.
