Syria's recent situation || Ghouta & Afrin offensives and political moves

• A deal between YPG Kurd forces and pro Assad Syrian forces to hand over Afrin enclave to Assad forces amidst Turk advance toward city. Assad forces will enter Afrin in upcoming hours according to reports. Syrian forces presented following terms to Kurd groups according to a pro Assad war journalist. Some sources are also saying that negotiations are not reached to any result till now because of the terms.

• Turk forces are advancing quickly after the news of deal between pro-Assad Syrian forces and Kurd YPG groups. About more than 70% of the border areas of Afrin pocket are still under Turk and FSA control and now further advances are happening. Hundreds of fighter's and civilian casualties have been reported from both sides in this offensive. The future of Afrin pocket is still unknown as a fight between Syrian and Turk force could happen in the areas and it seems that both of the sides are avoiding the intense situation but Turk foreign minister says that the wouldn't stop their operation no matter what the Assad forces will do.
  
  Surprisingly both USA and Russia wanted Turkey to stop its operation against Kurd YPG in Afrin and Turkey also wanted Syrian forces to took control the Afrin enclave in order to avoid Kurd's direct acces to Turk border but now in the middle of their offensive these deals could start a new fight & can affect balance of power in the region as Russian officials stated yesterday. Turkey is not going to stop their offensive until Russia and Assad forces ensure them that YPG will have no independent movement, military activities etc. in the Afrin pocket. Turk minister stated today that

"We will have no problem if the Assad regime plans to enter Afrin to fight PKK/YPG, but If Regime enters Afrin, to protect & to provide safety for PKK-SDF, None can not stop us & TR Army. The same applies to Afrin. The same applies to Manbij. The same applies to East of Euphrates as well"

Anyway, according to an organisation these four scenarios are possible after Syrian-Kurd deal; Green = Turk & Red = pro-Assad forces. interestingly Kurd will have to lose all areas according to this report.

• After defeating IS and capturing Der-el-Zour and Al-Bukamal, thousands of fighters of General Suhail al Hassan's Tiger forces arrived in besieged Ghouta in Eastern Damascus with vehicles, tanks and other military equipment. clashes have stated with ground missile bombardment and artillery shelling but major offensive has to start according to reports. Rebels of Southern Front near Jordan border have announced the opening of all fronts in response to Ghouta's offensive.
  
  More than 43 civilians killed so far in artillery shelling and air force bombardment in the newly start offensive to capture besieged towns of Ghouta in eastern Damascus. Seven of them are children and 300 civilians are wounded. The casualties of fighters from both sides are unknown but alarming situation for more than 470,000 civilians living in the besieged areas of Ghouta as Russian officials announced to apply the same strategy as they applied in Aleppo to clear besieged areas.
