"Syrian forces to spend US military presence" makes no sense whatsoever....Then you say 'Defeating IS"....I guess you meant ISIS...But you don't care enough to PROOFREAD your work or perhaps you just don't understand English well enough to know how to Proofread.....And the RUSSIAN PRESIDENT is NOT BASHAR al-Assad......That whole sentence made NO SENSE...And then you change the subject for no apparent reason.......Don't try to speak English if you don't know how....Anyway....A nice Downvote for you for your lack of attention to detail.
