Having an impairment in any part of your body sometimes lessen your confident in facing life. Most of disabled person experience this kind of feelings. But most of these group of people think the other way around, being disabled is not a hindrance instead an inspiration in achieving goals in life.

Disable person is define as a person who has physical or mental impairment that limits them to perform activities assiciated with the disabled part of the body. This condition affects person's life and maybe present from birth or may occur during person's lifetime. Living with this person is seen by some as separating and regressive in terms of equality.

But people having this situation, view thier condition as inspiration in achieving their dreams. They can compete with those having an abled body or even excel with them. We see a lot of people with disability having a great talent. They dont mind their situation as long as they enjoy their life. Facing incapability to do specific things is a great challenge to their entire life.

Like my Supervisor now, he is a disabled person, he cant walk since he was 14 years old due to maloperation. Despite of his condition he continue to finish his education and until he become Certified Public Accountant. He worked in Manila in a Non Government Organization as Accountant for 3 years. Become a Municipal Accountant for more than 2 years and now an Accountant in our organization. He can do what an able man can do. Just like what he said "I am disable but I am able", that statement is so powerful.

Disabled person are brave,they dont want us to get pity with them. Even over praising and complementing them is not advisable because it gives them negative feeling about themselves.
It is common among us without disability but it does not mean it is a natural response for them. Even over- complementing, we think we are helping them when infact we are harming them. They dont want to be complemented because they think we are doing it because of their condition.

I salute and respect those people who has physical disability that still can do whatever the able man can do. Who are still positive in facing life challenges. You are trully an inspiration to those who are able. If you can do it why not the able one, right? There is no excuse in attaining our goals only the determination to achieve our objectives is needed.
