Always am, always is and the Mexican Pizza is back at Taco Bell. 🌮 I had to veganize this throwback fine dining experience. Does anyone else’s Taco Bell mess up thier order almost every single time?

🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s like they’re not trained on what fresco style means etc... idk if I can trust them when they eventually get beyond meat and it’s sad bc I love Taco Bell.

they would always mess up my order to the point I would never eat there because of it until I discovered their app they always get it right on the app.

I went to Taco Bell.. ordered 2 bean burritos NO cheese, add rice, extra red. They messed up two times. First they made it and just put it with cheese, second time they only put rice and sauce. 🤦‍♀️ at that point I just asked for a refund bc they can’t understand I guess.

They have put meat in my black bean crunch wrap before, just recently I ordered thier veggie fiesta burrito fresco style, they didn’t put cheese or sour cream but they left the creamy jalapeño sauce and didn’t put guac (their guac is vegan).

It’s very disappointing, years ago I worked at Taco Bell as my first job and people ordered beans substituted for beef all the time. It’s a wonder how people don’t understand simple directions.

You can specify every single thing. And when you pick 'Fresco' it explicitly removes cheese and sour cream (and other non vegan things) and adds Pico.

And you can easily pick and add other fun toppings to EVERYTHING. It's really nice and they pretty much always get your order correct, in my experience.

I’ve gotten a meat crunch wrap almost every single time I’ve ordered a black bean wrap (not even substituted it’s their actual veg menu item) so I don’t go there anymore.

I went in the drive thru once and that took a half hour. Order was fucked up so then I tried to actually go in the restaurant. Nope, doors were locked. Got back in the drive thru. That took almost an hour.

The manager told me I should have come in. Duh! The doors were locked. Another time it got messed up and they asked ME if guacamole was dairy. They have no concept of no meat or dairy.
