Dhaka: The Sunni Waqf Board of India's Uttar Pradesh will not claim the ownership of the World Heritage Taj Mahal A memorandum signed by emperor Shahjahan on Tuesday (April 17th) presented to the Supreme Court, said the board said.
The case was heard in a bench comprising Chief Justice of India Deepak Mishra, Justice AM Khanawalkar and Justice DY Chandrushur.
