Taj Mahal (Hindi: ताज महल, Urdu: تاج محل) is a mausoleum located in Agra, India Royal. Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his wife, arjumand Banu Begum, also known as Mumtaz Mahal, in memory of his building. The construction of the building began in 1632 was completed in about 1653.
