It is no secret that the social media state of uncontrolled excitement has become out of control and studies are now showing that social media use can lead to depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, anxiety, social isolation, and the list goes on. On the other strand of the coin , social media can bring communities together and can be an engaging platform to meet new friends however the balance can be easily hampered.

In some way, people are getting distressed by viewing certain inhuman actions going on all around the world, be it Rapper Post Malone, who, after recent agitation going all around United States, went for a social media detox or a tragic death of elephant in Kerala.
