Why I title this asTrees? If you look afar you can see 1 huge antique tree. This is at the corner of Brgy Poblacion here in Lapu-lapu City. A closer look at the roots, leaves and trunks... ho my!surprising two trees...an acacia and rubber tree grows as one.

A newly trimmed Indian Tree in our backyard. I was fascinated by that BIRD perched on the clothes-line beside it.

Here is m entry dear @olivia08... It is the olive tree of our neighbor here in Spain and it is already bearing OLIVES that will be harvested sometime in December to make olive oil.

It that leaves who dried up? I never experience autumn season here and in our place.

@olivia08 Yes these are dried up leaves still at the tree. Some leaves turn into yellow first, others into red but in the end they all are brown and fall of. The streets are full with leaves. They are mostly cleaned up. If it rains the leaves get slippery and dangerous. I leave them. It is food for the earth.

P.s. trees with you never loose their leaves? The leaves never get old and fall off?
Here it is the only way for a tree to survive a (stron) winter. They should not have buds or new leaves now but be naked. In Spring they usually should.❤️

Jejejeje, in my place not like that, when you see dried like that means the the tree is dead.
Yes, there's time it turned yellow but green leaves are still visible at the same time...
