Hi. Imagine if I were offering to match your spending at the mall. Would you want to go in with $60.00 or $100.00? I made that requirement in order to give this prize to people who are selective with their votes. Don't get me wrong. Voting power recovers over time. Right now I have 75% because @mendezand used a lot last night. I will need all of tomorrow and Tuesday day time (with no voting at all ) but my voting power will be at 100% for the next winner to take control two days from now. That's how it works. :)
