Recipe of My Special Tandoory Chicken
Marinade 1:
• 2 kg boneless or with bone chicken
• Lemon juice 1 cup
Cut the chickens with same sizes or as you want. Pinch it with fork several times. Put 1 cup of lemon juice in the chicken pot. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Move and marinade the chicken with hands well and sit again for 20 minutes. Strain it.
Marinade 2:
• Strained chickens
• Shan Tandoori Masala 4 tab sp.
• Greek Yogurt 2 tap sp.
• Eggs of room temperature 3
• Butter at room temperature 2 tab sp.
• Ginger pest 1 tab sp.
• Garlic pest 1 tab sp.
• Onion pest 1 tab sp.
• Mustered pest 1/3rd tea sp.
• Cumin powder 1 tea sp.
• Coriander powder 1 tea sp.
• Red chili powder 1.5 tea spoon (or as you like)
• White vinegar 1 tea sp.
• Soya sauce 1 tea sp.
• Black Paper powder 1/4th tea sp.
• Salt as you want
Process:
• Mix all the ingredients very well except chicken and sit for 15 minutes.
• Put the strained chicken in the mix and mix it with the chicken very well.
• Sit the marinade at the refrigerator at least 7-8 hours
• It’s ready to cook. You can cook it several ways. Steer fry on non-sticky frying pan, oven cook according to your own oven settings, Grill in the griller, cook it in tandoor, just any way you want.
• But the chicken must be cooks from inside and the chicken color after grill or fry is important.
• Serve it uncut if you want but I prefer it cut into bite sizes.
• Serve it with Salads & Sauce of your choice.
