What do you think about Tang ping or lying flat

There's a movement right now called: "Tang ping" or "lying flat". So what do you think about it? Actually Tang ping it is: when we work we stand up, but when we rest, we lie down.

Essentially, kickstarted advocates for not overworking, being content with realistic achievements and allowing oneself time to unwind after a day's work.
