Once again i was droven to one of my favorite places in the whole town, The Hasir Beef Club, a great restaurant specialized in Steaks and different types of prime quality Meat. As i entered the place i already knew what i was going to order, the great french classic, Steak Tartar. Its super cool how they prepare it in Hasir because they do it just in front of your eyes. As the waitress told me the meat came from a Charolais entrecote. The flavour was incredible, this classic never leaves me unsatisfied!
What i love the most about steak tartar is the smooth synergie of the capers, egg yolk and meat!
