1. 4duck eggs
2. 3 Tsp salt
3. 100 g white glutnous rice
4. 4 pieces Chili Pepper, thinly sliced
5. 4 tbsp fried onions
6. 5 tablespoon serundeng
7. 2 1/2 tsp pepper powder
8. 4 tbsp fried shrimp powder
9. 2 1/2 sugar

How to make

• heat Afrying pan until hot enough egg crust.
• put one tbsp of Vegetable sticky rice that has been soaked with water,cover and flattened out. cook for obout 2 mnt. add 1 tbsp of wet serundeng and 1tspoon of dried shrimp powder.
• add 1 duck egg onto the glutinous rice and mixed seassoning flatten and stir well. cover and cook on alog heat until slightly dry
• after couple of miunites, turn over the egg crust and tranfer from the pan to plate spread the dried serundeng and fried onions on top as a finishing touc
